During his eight years with Environment Canada, Rob Caldwell has played a significant role in the operations of the Great Lakes – St. Lawrence Regulation Office, Cornwall, Ontario as a Water Resources Engineer.   Rob is Canadian Secretary and Regulation Representative, International Lake Superior Board of Control, and offers technical support as Alternate Canadian Regulation Representative to the International St. Lawrence River Board of Control.  He gained valuable study experience in the Hydrology & Hydraulics Technical Working Group during the Lake Ontario – St. Lawrence Study and aided in the transition to Lake Ontario’s new Regulation Plan.  He joined Environment Canada in 1999 after serving as Project Engineer within the Water Resources Systems Division of the Environmental Engineering consulting firm, CH2M Gore & Storrie, and as Project Manager of environmental research in Royal Military College of Canada’s Civil Engineering Department.  Rob is a licensed Professional Engineer in the Province of Ontario.
