Dick Hibma CIM - Certified in Management from Canadian Institute of Management   -15 year employee in the nuclear energy sector, now with Bruce Power, a privately held utility operating at the Bruce Nuclear Power Development on the west shore of Lake Huron. -9 years as a municipal councilor in the City of Owen Sound on southern Georgian Bay. -12 years as a director of the Grey Sauble Conservation Authority, a watershed based natural resource management organization, serving as chairman of the board for the past 9 years. -Board member of Conservation Ontario, the provincial network of 36 Conservation Authorities across the province, for the past 9 years.  Elected vice-chair in 2001, and continued in that role until being elected chair of Conservation Ontario in April of 2006.
