Chuck
Southam is a Water Resources Engineer with the Water Issues
Unit of Environment Canada.
He has worked for Environment Canada for more than 25
years at the Canada Centre for Inland Waters in
Burlington, Ontario
providing
engineering support for Great Lakes basin water resource
activities, and promoting public awareness and understanding
of Great Lakes water level
and outflow conditions.
Chuck is the Canadian On-Site Representative for the
International Niagara Committee, the Secretary for the
Canadian section of the (International) Coordinating
Committee on Great Lakes Basic Hydraulic and Hydrologic
Data, and is a departmental spokesperson on matters relating
to Great Lakes water levels and flows.
