Tony Eberhardt is presently a Lead Civil Engineer with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Institute for Water Resources.  Prior to joining the Institute, he worked for the International Joint Commission as U.S. Manager of the International Lake Ontario-St. Lawrence River Study.  Between 1978 and 2001, he worked for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Buffalo District, where he was Water Management Team Leader and Alternate U.S. Regulation Representative to the International St. Lawrence River Board of Control. He has held numerous leadership positions on studies involving trans-boundary water issues between Canada and the United States. He is a licensed Professional Engineer in New York State and certified as a Diplomat, Water Resource Engineer by the American Academy of Water Resource Engineers.  He is a Fellow of the American Society of Civil Engineers and of the Society of American Military Engineers.
