Allan Chow

B.Sc., Applied Science, Queen’s University

Allan Chow is a Registered Member of Professional Engineers of Ontario.  He has been a part of several engineering projects related to hydrology and hydraulic studies including projects in dams, roads, bridges, and sewers.  Allan has been Ontario’s member of the Lake of the Woods Control Board since 1998 and a Senior Project Engineer for the Ministry of Natural Resources since 1987.  Throughout his career with the Ministry of Natural Resources, he has had to work on some very critical issues for the department including managing water resources, flood hazards, flood regulation, and dam safety assessments.  Most recently, Allan has become the Engineering Services Supervisor for Northeast Region and Northwest Region of Ministry of Natural Resources.
